Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds and exchanges will be honoured within 14 days of item being purchased (with exception of sale items).  For online sales that are posted to you the 14 day period starts from the day you receive your parcel.  For instore collection items the 14 day period begins from the day we notify you that your item is ready for collection. Any items returned within this period should be in good saleable condition with labels still attached.  

Returns after the initial 14 day period will be offered an exchange or a credit note for the value paid for the item up to 30 days after purchase.  After the 30 day period passes no exchanges or credit notes can be offered.

If any items are returned in an unsaleable condition or with tags removed then the return can be refused.  This will be decided by the Store Manager/Supervisor.

Online Returns

For returning items purchased online, items can be returned in store or a return can be requested via email by contacting info@styleforyourshape.com, quoting the order number, items to be returned and reason for return. 

In order to receive a refund the item must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your items. After this period (up to 30 days) a credit note will be offered.  Online returns are to be sent back via Tracked 48 Royal Mail delivery and paid for by the customer.  A tracked service must be used for returning to cover for lost parcels - if a tracked service is not used and we don't receive your return, it will impact your ability to receive a refund or credit note.

Once return is received back to us, it can take up to 5 working days for the return to be processed and a further 3-5 days for the banks to process the refund.

Sale Items

For sale items the returns policy is reduced from 14 days to 7 days for a refund, exchange or credit note.  No refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be offered after the 7 day period has passed.

Outlet Items

For outlet items which are heavily discounted (more than 50% off), these are non-returnable when purchased. 

Headwear and SNAG Garments

For headwear - fascinators, headbands, clips etc and SNAG garments - these items are non-returnable once purchased.
